Founded in 1998, registered in Vaduz. Licensed in 1999 by the Financial Supervisory Board (FMA) of Liechtenstein as a fund management company under state supervision.
The range of services provided by Loewenfunds Ltd. consists of the following:
- Advice on the launch and management of all types of investment funds
- Advice pertaining to the founding and management of off-shore investment companies
- Development of the fund prospectus with investment regulations
- Procurement of approval for investment funds in Liechtenstein
- Procurement of approval for sales abroad
- Development and structuring of a group of investment funds (a so-called fund family)
- Services for foreign providers of invest funds
- Reporting to supervisory authorities
- Introduction to depositary bank and audit agency
- Introduction to the foreign paying agency and information agency (where applicable)
- Fund accounting
- Calculation and publication of the net asset value (NAV) in the relevant media
- Semi-annual and annual financial statements
As Liechtenstein is a member of the EEA funds launched in Liechtenstein can be sold in EEA / EU member states pursuant to UCITS III.
